Rules

·       All bids are final

·       Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close

·       All items must be picked up within 10 days of auction close

Failure to pick/pay for item’s within set time will result in account removal and all purchases will be considered abandoned.

We are located at 649 Colborne Street west, Brantford, Ontario. Rear of the central building

Pickup times:

9AM-6PM Fridays

9AM-5PM Saturdays

(Holidays may affect hours)

Payment

We accept payment via Cash, Debit, Credit and PayPal

 (We do not accept AMEX)

Payments can be made online through PayPal by going to My Account , buying ,Purchases. (PayPal Account not required)

Bidding tips

·       Read the descriptions. It contains important information about the products condition.

·       -Lots can be viewed in the order they close by clicking the “Watch Auction Close” tab.

This can help make sure you don’t miss any great deals once lots begin to close.

·       All auctions are soft close. Meaning if a bid is placed in the last two minutes of an auction, The timer is reset to two minutes

·       You can place auto bids by bidding more then the required increment. Our system will automatically bid for you until your bid is reached.

(In the case of two identical bids the bid placed first wins)

·       Outbid Notifications are not sent out once lots begin to close

Testing and Grading

Testing

We inspect all our products and test products when possible.

Products that are sold untested or AS-IS are final sale.

Products sold tested are guaranteed to be functional

Grading

New-

Products are new and fully functional; May be open box/tested by our testers.

Like New-

Products show almost no sign of use/Cosmetic issues. Products are fully functional

Good Used condition-

Products have some signs of use but remain fully functional

Used-

Products have some cosmetic issues. Important functions work

Poor Used condition-

Products have serious signs of use (Rips,tears,cracks) some functions work

Salvage-

Products are not functioning, best for parts or repair or in the case of skid lot’s products are uninspected.
